Leads day-to-day Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations while implementing automated invoice ingestion and improving procure-to-pay processes.
What you'll do
- Roll out and optimize Coupa Invoice Smash to automate invoice ingestion.
- Manage AP operations, including weekly payment runs, vendor onboarding, and collaboration on AP cash forecasting.
- Support month-end close, team guidance, SOPs, cross-functional training, audits, and process improvements.
