Advises prospective and existing customers on Ivalua implementations, leading presales scoping and delivery strategy to support successful project outcomes and value realization.
What you'll do
- Assess customer needs and define delivery strategies, scope, estimates, and statements of work with Sales, Services, and Alliance teams.
- Advise stakeholders on implementation readiness, risk mitigation, timelines, governance, and value realization; monitor contracting progress.
- Improve services delivery models, pricing frameworks, scoping tools, and partner enablement practices.

- Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay domains, including Sourcing, Contracting, Procurement, Supplier Management, and Accounts Payable.
- Proven success scoping and positioning complex professional services programs, with commercial and operational acumen.
