Plans and executes annual giving campaigns to increase donor participation, retention, and revenue, while managing donor relationships, stewardship, and volunteer-supported fundraising.
What you'll do
- Lead campaigns as project manager, coordinating teams, timelines, communications, and volunteer activity.
- Develop and manage employee giving cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans across campuses.
- Support peer-to-peer, third-party, and community fundraising; recruit, train, and manage volunteers and ambassadors.
