Supports the Regional Compliance Officer by managing compliance operations and initiatives for Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, including risk reduction, investigations, audits, training, and regulatory alignment.
What you'll do
- Manage regional compliance operations, hotline reports, guidance requests, and responses to regulatory notices.
- Coordinate policies, education, audits, investigations, corrective action plans, and compliance reporting with hospital stakeholders and enterprise teams.
- Support compliance governance, external audits and investigations, and ongoing assessment of program effectiveness.

- Healthcare Compliance Certification from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) within six months of appointment and maintained throughout employment.
