Prepares, compounds, distributes, and documents medications and supplies for inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services under pharmacist supervision.
What you'll do
- Prepare physician drug orders for pharmacist review; count, compound, repackage, and aseptically prepare IV medications.
- Restock Pyxis machines, carts, pharmacy and nursing-unit inventory; monitor storage conditions and remove expired medications.
