Conducts provider credentialing verifications and maintains accurate records to support appointment, reappointment, and privilege decisions.
What you'll do
- Verify credentials for initial appointments, reappointments, and privilege delineation; maintain complete and accurate database records.
- Generate reports on provider data accuracy and application status, and support credentialing committee processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties and support regulatory compliance and credentialing process improvements.
