EHR Applications Manager - Pharmacist

What you'll do

• Oversee Epic application design, configuration, testing, upgrades, and ongoing support, maintaining quality and alignment with organizational standards.
• Lead analysts and collaborate with operational and technical teams to resolve issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve system reliability.
• Guide technical direction, integration standards, project planning, vendor processes, and team development.

What they ask for

• Doctorate in Pharmacy.
• Meet one experience alternative: 3 years of leadership experience; or 3 years in Epic applications development, support, and maintenance; or 4 years of progressive Information Services experience, or a combination of Information Services and direct healthcare industry experience.
• Experience in an Epic-based large hospital or integrated delivery network (IDN) and/or deep understanding of clinical or healthcare operations; program and large-scale project management and upgrade facilitation experience.
• Registered Pharmacist - State of Pennsylvania and EPIC Certification - Epic Systems, both upon hire.

Nice to have

• 5 years of direct leadership responsibilities, 5 years of Epic applications support, and 7 years of progressive healthcare delivery Information Services experience.
• Solutions Architecture experience, strong business acumen, structured business and technical writing skills, or multiple certifications and proficiency badges; PMP upon hire.
