About the job
Analyzes clinical, staff, and operational data for Jefferson Health’s Enterprise CDI Division, managing internal reporting and databases and supporting process improvement and decision-making.
What you'll do
- Compile, organize, and validate clinical and staff data from multiple sources.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to identify trends and communicate insights to leadership and CDI teams.
- Manage internal databases for productivity and staff performance tracking, using Excel formulas, VBA, and other programming languages.
