What you'll do
- Develop and manage work plans for system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements; oversee configuration and maintenance across environments.
- Analyze workflows, resolve operational challenges, and author specifications and documentation.
- Design and execute advanced tests, contribute to technology standards, and manage deliverables, risks, and resource estimates.
