Expert Software Engineer – HR Service Delivery

What you'll do

• Maintain and improve Copilot, conversational agent, self-service, and Dynamics 365 HR case-management capabilities.
• Support enterprise integrations and platform operations, including stability, security, incident resolution, releases, and lifecycle management.
• Advance AI-enabled automation and employee experiences, and contribute to scalable cloud-native engineering and CI/CD practices.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or high school diploma/GED and 10 years of preferred work experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration and custom development.
• Experience with Power Platform and Copilot Studio to build AI-enabled or self-service experiences.
• Roughly 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, or equivalent depth; demonstrated enterprise platform ownership and ability to design secure, scalable solutions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field; 10 years’ experience solving complex technical challenges and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with HR service delivery, Workday integrations, Microsoft cloud/AI, regulated industries, or relevant Microsoft certifications.
