Provides patient- and family-centered nursing care in a maternal observation and antepartum unit, including assessment, care planning, education, treatment, and coordination.
What you'll do
- Develop and carry out individualized nursing care plans with patients and their designated care partners.
- Assess patients, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and care partners about conditions, treatment, and recovery.
- Coordinate care with interprofessional teams and contribute to patient safety and quality improvement.
