Provide overnight medical co-management and consultative care for neurosurgical inpatients as clinical faculty on an academically focused hospitalist team.
What you'll do
- Provide overnight cross-coverage and consultative care, managing 15–30 patients and approximately 4–6 new encounters per shift.
- Lead code blue and rapid response events and collaborate with neurosurgery, neurology, APCs, residents, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in academic and professional development activities, including teaching, quality improvement, patient safety, and scholarly work.
