What you'll do
- Maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots HVAC equipment and systems, including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, fans, pumps, and controls.
- Installs or replaces HVAC components and units; welds, brazes, and solders piping and related components.
- Inspects and tests systems, uses predictive maintenance technology such as vibration analysis and thermography, and works from blueprints and manuals.
