Supports and improves Jefferson Health’s enterprise telehealth technologies, including application configuration, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and operational support across care settings.
What you'll do
- Configure, implement, maintain, and optimize telehealth platforms and related hardware; develop technical standards and documentation.
- Support projects, upgrades, integrations, and testing in collaboration with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams.
- Resolve Tier 2/Tier 3 incidents remotely or onsite, including participation in a rotating on-call schedule.
