Installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on building systems, mechanical equipment, and related facilities.
What you'll do
- Perform routine, preventive, corrective, urgent, and requisitioned repairs to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems; record inspections and repairs.
- Maintain and repair medical gas, medical air, vacuum, compressor, and pneumatic equipment and associated piping.
- Check mechanical-area equipment, respond to maintenance calls, and assist other trade technicians with complex repairs.
