Manages clinician and faculty compensation operations for physicians and APPs, including compensation plans, payouts, data, compliance, budgeting, and team leadership.
What you'll do
- Supervise and develop the Compensation team; standardize practices and tools for provider compensation.
- Administer compensation plans, data changes, incentive payouts, payroll coordination, budgeting, and related records.
- Partner with Finance, Contracting, Data Analytics, and leadership on compensation analyses, audits, benchmarks, and inquiries.
