Provides outpatient primary and specialized care for LGBTQAI+ patients and people living with or vulnerable to HIV, while leading Pride Care services at Jefferson Einstein.
What you'll do
- Provide primary care, gender-affirming hormone therapy, HIV treatment, PrEP and PEP, preventive care, and sexual health counseling.
- Lead Pride Care services, including program development, strategic planning, and representation internally and externally.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams and participate in quality improvement.
