Monitors and troubleshoots enterprise network systems, makes minor approved configuration changes, and supports network reliability, security, and service availability.
What you'll do
- Investigate alerts and service degradations, adjust monitoring, and resolve routine Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity issues or escalate them.
- Apply approved configuration updates, compile performance metrics, and document changes and system states.
- Support maintenance and upgrade activities and collaborate with senior analysts to validate fixes and improve operational processes.
