What you'll do
- Plans, directs, and coordinates nursing care and ensures appropriate staffing and supplies for the unit.
- Recruits, interviews, and selects unit staff; provides leadership in implementing strategic goals.
- Collaborates with healthcare leaders to improve patient-care systems and supports nursing development, Magnet, and Shared Governance.
