Provides individualized, patient- and family-centered nursing care, including assessment, care planning, treatment, education, and discharge coordination on the night shift.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver care plans that reflect patients’ needs, preferences, and cultural beliefs.
- Assess patients, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and care partners, and support discharge planning.
- Promote patient safety and quality improvement while collaborating with patients, families, and interprofessional teams.
