About the job
Leads patient access registration operations, supporting and coaching staff to maintain accurate, timely registration and a positive patient experience.
What you'll do
- Assigns daily work, audits registrations, and coaches staff on performance and quality.
- Trains new hires and supports staff with accurate orders, demographic and insurance information, authorizations, referrals, and medical necessity.
- Covers registration duties as needed and rotates across outpatient registration and the Emergency Department.
