Provides direct and indirect patient care under licensed clinical team members’ supervision, supporting patients, families, and the care team in the Heart Failure unit.

- Performs designated patient care activities and conducts assigned rounds, responding promptly to patient needs.
- Communicates and collaborates with patients, families, care partners, and the interprofessional team while maintaining a safe care environment.
- May support telehealth encounters, including facilitating examinations using peripheral devices, video conferencing equipment, and software.
