About the job
Provides remote urgent care by evaluating and treating acute, non-life-threatening conditions, coordinating escalation when needed, and documenting care in the EMR.
What you'll do
- Conduct telehealth evaluations, order and interpret diagnostics, diagnose acute conditions, and create evidence-based care plans, including prescriptions.
- Identify red flags and coordinate referrals or in-person care; collaborate with APCs and care teams to support continuity.
- Document encounters in EPIC, communicate plans to patients, and provide APC documentation, order, and prescription cosigning as required.

- Active licensure or ability to obtain licensure in PA, NJ, and DE; active Pennsylvania DEA.
