Coordinates ongoing care, monitoring, treatment, and education for kidney and/or pancreas transplant recipients after transplantation.
What you'll do
- Coordinate recipients’ ongoing post-transplant care and monitor their progress and treatment.
- Provide post-operative teaching and continuous education to recipients.
- Assist with operating the post-transplant clinic and work with the transplant team and referring physicians.
