About the job
Provide outpatient family medicine and specialized primary care for teens and adults with complex childhood-onset conditions at Jefferson’s FAB Center and Navy Yard practice, with academic teaching and scholarly engagement.
What you'll do
- See FAB complex-care and general primary-care patients in separate sessions; manage chronic and acute conditions and preventive care, including routine women’s health visits.
- Maintain a patient panel and participate in pooled at-home telephone call coverage and interprofessional care.
- Engage with the FAB educational and research team in medical education, quality improvement, and scholarly activity.
