Provides emergency department nursing care, develops individualized plans with patients and care partners, and supports safe, evidence-based treatment and recovery.
What you'll do
- Assess patients and implement treatment plans, including medication administration, documentation, and discharge planning.
- Educate patients and care partners, coordinate with interprofessional teams, and provide respectful, culturally responsive care.
- Participate in safety and quality improvement activities and support staff development as a preceptor.
