Provides emergency nursing care by assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, administering treatment, and coordinating with patients, families, and the care team.
What you'll do
- Assess patients and implement treatment and individualized plans of care, applying evidence-based practice and nursing protocols.
- Educate patients and care partners, coordinate care and discharge planning, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Use information technology and outcome data to support safe care and quality improvement; participate in committees and precept appropriate staff.
