Provides patient- and family-centered telemetry nursing care, including assessment, individualized care planning, treatment, education, and coordination of safe patient care.

- Develop and implement individualized nursing plans of care with patients and designated care partners; assess patients and provide treatment and medication administration.
- Educate patients and care partners, coordinate discharge planning, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
