About the job
Provides patient- and family-centered nursing care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, including assessment, care planning, treatment, education, and coordination of recovery and discharge.
What you'll do
- Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care with patients and their designated care partners.
- Administer care and education, follow nursing practices and protocols, and coordinate with interprofessional teams.
- Document and monitor care outcomes, participate in quality and safety improvement, and precept appropriate staff.
