About the job
Provides patient- and family-centered nursing care in the Medical Intensive Care Unit, including assessment, treatment planning, education, and coordination of care on the night shift.
What you'll do
- Develop individualized nursing plans of care with patients and their care partners, respecting their needs, preferences, and cultural values.
- Assess patients, administer care and medications, educate patients and care partners, and support discharge planning.
- Collaborate with the care team, follow safety practices, and participate in quality improvement and staff development.
