Provides patient- and family-centered nursing care in an ICU, including assessment, care planning, treatment, education, and coordination of safe, evidence-based care.
What you'll do
- Develop and carry out individualized nursing care plans in partnership with patients and their designated care partners.
- Assess patients, administer medications, educate patients and families, and support discharge planning.
- Coordinate with interprofessional teams and contribute to patient safety and quality improvement.
