Provides operating room nursing care, coordinating individualized, patient- and family-centered care and supporting safe, high-quality outcomes.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver individualized nursing care, patient education, and care planning in partnership with patients and their care partners.
- Follow established nursing practices and protocols to minimize risk, and use care-outcome data and improvement methods to support patient safety and quality.
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams, serve as a preceptor, and participate in committees and ongoing professional development.
