About the job
Provides patient-centered nursing care in an ambulatory Pulmonary & Allergy clinic, including assessment, treatment coordination, education, and clinical documentation.
What you'll do
- Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions and educate patients and care partners on preventive care, chronic conditions, medications, and common illnesses.
- Coordinate care, including triage, abnormal results, vaccination and injection verification, and in-basket management; collaborate with providers and clinic staff.
- Document care in the EMR and support quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical care pathways.
