What you'll do
- Assess patients, plan and deliver care, administer medications, and support discharge planning and recovery.
- Educate patients and care partners, communicate and coordinate with the care team, and maintain health information documentation.
- Promote patient safety and quality improvement; support staff development through precepting and committee participation.
