What you'll do
- Develop and coordinate individualized nursing care with patients and their care partners, incorporating evidence-based practice and cultural preferences.
- Assess patients, administer care and education, and support discharge planning while following nursing protocols.
- Use clinical information technology and outcome data to support communication, safety, and continuous quality improvement.
