Provides individualized, patient- and family-centered nursing care in an acute-care Med Surg Trauma setting, including assessment, treatment, education, and discharge planning.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement individualized nursing plans of care in partnership with patients and their care partners.
- Assess patients, administer medications, educate patients and families, and coordinate discharge and follow-up care.
- Promote safe, evidence-based care through teamwork, documentation, and participation in quality improvement.
