Leads organizational change initiatives from planning through sustained adoption by designing interventions, coaching leaders, and measuring outcomes.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and plans to address resistance and risks.
- Track adoption and KPIs, analyze feedback and outcomes, and adjust change interventions and training as needed.
- Consult with and coach leaders and colleagues, develop change leadership materials, and support adoption of new technologies and workflows.
