Senior Software Engineer - SPM ServiceNow

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow SPM capabilities across portfolio, program, project, demand, and resource management, including timecards and digital portfolio tracking.
• Implement resource-management workflows and integrations, and partner with PMO, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to shape solutions.
• Support platform governance, stability, security, automation, and development practices; mentor engineers.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of preferred work experience.
• 5 years in software development, including distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience, including JavaScript/Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and custom application development.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow SPM (or ITBM/PPM) modules and ownership of technical solutions end-to-end in a senior or lead capacity.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 7 years solving complex technical challenges and mentoring engineers.
• Enterprise integrations, healthcare or regulated-industry experience, ServiceNow certifications, ITSM and/or ITOM/CMDB, or enterprise PMO/portfolio governance experience.
