Obtains physician billing documentation, enters charges, manages claim edits and accounts receivable, and supports compliant and timely billing operations.
What you'll do
- Enter physician charges, adding modifiers when necessary, and complete accounts receivable and claims manager edits.
- Assist patients with billing and insurance questions; ensure billing compliance and educate physicians on compliance.
- Manage work queues, reconciliation and deposits, retro authorizations, receivable reports, and surgical billing.
