Supports operating rooms and other departments by processing, sterilizing, tracking, and distributing surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
What you'll do
- Clean, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and dispense instruments and trays according to manufacturer instructions and department procedures.
- Prepare procedural case carts; operate washers and sterilizers; verify quality indicators and report equipment issues.
- Track inventory and documentation, check sterile packages for expiration and integrity, and provide equipment support as required.
