What you'll do
- Supervises, schedules, trains, and evaluates Lab Assistants; participates in hiring and other personnel decisions in consultation with the Manager.
- Oversees specimen collection, processing, labeling, storage, and distribution, and coordinates pre- and post-analytical functions with laboratory operations.
- Maintains department policies, operational documentation, quality assurance logs, and budget-related updates; assists with studies and billing coordination.
