About the job
Provides tier two and three technology support for Jefferson’s College of Nursing at its Lehigh Valley location, maintaining equipment and supporting faculty, staff, students, and educational programs.
What you'll do
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computing equipment and learning technologies in coordination with IS&T staff.
- Support computers, network access, printers, AV, WiFi, mobile devices, software, and classroom technologies.
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, IS&T, Academic Commons, and the Academic Strategy team to resolve technology issues and plan ongoing support.
