Engage youth and young adults recovering from violent injuries and guide their treatment and recovery through trauma-informed social services and community-based interventions.
What you'll do
- Engage clients referred by Jefferson Einstein or community partners and support their participation in the TIP program.
- Guide clients’ treatment and recovery, using trauma-focused therapeutic approaches and connecting them with resources.
- Conduct community visits across Philadelphia in a trauma-informed manner.
