About the job
Build and lead Jetson’s third-party licensed installer network across North America, from partner recruitment and certification through performance, quality, and financial management.
What you'll do
- Create and manage installer sourcing, vetting, onboarding, certification, training, and offboarding processes.
- Set performance KPIs and quality assurance standards, and oversee capacity planning, permits, compensation, compliance, and field escalations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure installer operations meet Jetson’s customer experience, quality, and unit economics goals.

- 8+ years in operations, field service, or contractor management, including oversight of distributed third-party subcontractor networks across multiple geographies.
- Experience designing contractor vetting, certification and tiering frameworks, performance scorecards, and formal subcontractor agreements from scratch.
- Working knowledge of contractor classification, licensing, insurance, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions; hands-on field service management or CRM platform configuration or administration; ability to travel up to 75%.
