Leads and builds Jetson’s multi-market technical service organization, ensuring heat pump and residential HVAC systems are repaired efficiently and service failures improve equipment, installation, and training practices.
What you'll do
- Lead and scale the technical service team, including coverage, hiring, capacity, dispatch, and on-call operations.
- Own service performance, remote triage, warranty administration, and manufacturer claims and recovery.
- Use field failure data to improve equipment selection, system design, installation standards, commissioning, and training.

- 8+ years in HVAC, electrical, or residential mechanical service, including 3+ years leading service technicians or managers.
- Hands-on diagnostic expertise with heat pumps and residential HVAC systems; EPA 608 certification required.
