Leads and builds Jetson’s multi-market technical service organization, ensuring residential heat pump systems are repaired quickly, reliably, and with field learnings fed back into operations.
What you'll do
- Lead the service team and define its coverage model, hiring plan, dispatch, and on-call capacity.
- Own service performance, remote diagnostics, warranty administration, and manufacturer claims.
- Use field failure data to improve equipment selection, system design, installation standards, commissioning, and training.
