What you'll do
- Coordinate daily field-team resources and resolve operational issues affecting productivity or timelines.
- Visit job sites to coach technicians, enforce safety and code compliance, and review installation quality.
- Support training, warranty and rework investigations, performance feedback, and development of operational procedures.
