What you'll do
- Coordinate daily field-team readiness and serve as liaison with logistics, procurement, and scheduling.
- Visit job sites to coach technicians, check quality and safety, and resolve operational issues.
- Review installations, support warranty and rework investigations, and refine procedures with leadership.

- Proven experience as an HVAC installation team member and team lead; 5+ years in a management role overseeing field teams.
- Mechanical Contracting License (Westchester/Rockland/Orange County) and current Westchester County Home Improvement License.
- EPA Section 608 certification.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including heat pumps, ability to read blueprints and schematics, and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
Nice to have
- NATE certification.
- License coverage extending into Rockland and/or Putnam County.

$118,000 - $131,000 per annum (base salary)
