Leads Jetson’s new Greater Portland branch, building its team and local operations while managing financial performance, customer service, safety, and compliance.
What you'll do
- Oversee branch operations, including scheduling, installations, service calls, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Build, lead, and develop the field team; manage vendors and local partnerships.
- Own the branch P&L, use data and KPIs to improve operations, and report financial and operational results.

- Direct experience leading technicians, installers, or skilled trades workers in home services or field service.
- Experience running a business or division with full P&L responsibility.
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams from scratch.
