Installs residential heat pump systems, replacing existing gas furnaces and air-conditioning equipment while ensuring compliant, high-quality work and a positive homeowner experience.
What you'll do
- Complete heat pump installations, including equipment removal, refrigerant recovery, evacuation, charging, and site preparation.
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams, troubleshoot installations, and ensure work complies with local building codes and safety standards.
- Communicate with customers and collaborate with installers and engineering to address quality issues and improve processes.
